¡¡ Sublime Light Posture

Sublime Light Posture is a training process that needs to be explained further. This is because Sublime Light Posture is the ultimate Sea Zen training method, which completes Grand Heavenly Circulation and Sublime Nirvana. In the training process beyond Grand Heavenly Circulation, chi training becomes closely linked to training of the mind. Thus, if the mind is not at peace and fully immersed in transcendental consciousness, progress in chi training comes slow. Sublime Light Posture is the way to reach Sublime Nirvana, the ultimate stage in Sea Zen while gaining the deepest transcendental consciousness.

Sublime Light Posture is the training method aimed at achieving literally ¡®light¡¯ or ¡®brightness¡¯. One can experience a brightening of the body through the Sublime Light Posture. Just 2-3 minutes of training will lead to an experience of endless mental and spiritual ecstasy as the body becomes submerged in bright chi waves. The ¡®light¡¯ is similar to the aura behind Buddhist saints or thelight in pictures of Buddha. I (the manger of the site) also practice the Sublime Light Posture ten minutes in the morning and before bed. The brightness and the transcendental consciousness that I experience is indescribable. I often find myself making a conscious effort to break out of the transcendental consciousness that arises from my morning training in order to get on with my daily life.

The training method of Sublime Light Posture is not so difficult. At this stage, a simple method of gathering and releasing chi is used and there are no more standing stretching exercises. During this training, chi rises up simultaneously from both the governing vessel and the conceptive to meet at the Baekhoe (the point at which the midline of the head and the line connecting the apexes of both ears meet) and form a huge chi wave that embraces the entire body.

There are four stages in the Sublime Light Posture. The first stage opens up tiny chi channels and spots that have yet to be opened after Grand Heavenly Circulation. The second to fourth stage elevates the chi of the body to light, through chi waves formed at the Baekhoe and aura embracing the whole body, inducing the deepest transcendental consciousness. This is the state where chi training is finally elevated to the state of true meditation.

Therefore, if the process of Sublime Light Posture ends in meditation, it becomes easier to enter the pathway to nirvana. Thus, Sublime Light Posture is the essence of SeaZen chi training as well as the best way to enter the true meditation and experience a deep sense of peace and calmness, and transcendence. In fact, it could be said that this training is itself the true meditation and zen.
