Accumulation of Chi Stage 1 Learning basic stretching exercises; breathing (Ul Soom) and hand posture (Soo In)
Stage 2 Upgrading breathing (Ul Soom) and learning essential exercises.
Learning the process called Heavenly Sound or Sun Eum, activating organs in the body.
Stage 3 Learning the Sitting Yulryeo Posture and developing Waist Chi Vessel Tan Tian.
Overall breathing becomes longer and more silent.
Stage 4 The amount of accumulation of chi increases dramatically.
Waist chi vessel Tan Tian is completed as the waist chi vessel splits below the navel.
Small Heavenly Circulation Yulryeo numbering sound Waist chi vessel Tan Tian creates a strong force through the Yulryeo sound.
