 The vitalization of cell functions

The human body is a combination of trillions of cells. Each of these cells containsinformation. For instance, cells in a human body will remember and store the numerous information delivered in a single cigarette or a single glass of alcohol. The stored information stays with the cell for a certain period of time. The problem lies in that a change occurs periodically, in the alignment of information in the cells. In the case of children, this periodical shift occurs in 21 days and in healthy adults, in 105 days. A normal shift of information does not pose a problem. However, an abnormal realignment results in a mutation. A mutation, in turn, surfaces through diseases like cancer.

Therefore what is truly important in leading a healthy life is what information is stored within the cells. The following are ways to store ¡®good¡¯ information within cells. First, it is important to make efforts to consume good food and create a healthy environment(they are also called information). What is especially important is to reduce stress. Second, one must acquire authentic chi, which is the chi of the universe that contains the information of the universal consciousness. One must have this authentic chi act as a catalyst for vitalizing cells, by accepting it and allowing the information within it to communicate with cells in the body. Authentic chi has a positive effect on the periodical realignment of information in cells, thus preventing cell mutations and making normal activities possible.

Now, we will take a look at how chi affects cells through Sea Zen training, which above all happens at the process of accumulating authentic chi.

The chi accumulated at the waist chi vessel during the accumulation process consists of purified authentic chi drawn from the universe through breathing and stretching. This authentic chi contains the information of the consciousness of the universe. The information of the authentic chi stored at the waist chi vessel changes the body, allowing it to become more like nature. In other words, the process of accumulating chi is a process of collecting the information of the consciousness of the universe at the waist chi vessel.

When the accumulated chi at the waist chi vessel is circulated throughout our body during the circulation stage, the information of the authentic chi stored in the waist chi vessel during the accumulation stage moves with the circulation of chi. (In fact, authentic chi gradually makes its way to all the cells in the body just by completing the four-stage accumulation of chi). In this process the universal information of the authentic chi spreads out to all the organs of the body and genes. This process triggers change in the ¡®bad¡¯ information that wasoriginally stored in each cell. In other words, it helps change existing information that was in an incomplete form, into information in a complete form. The information within the authentic chi transforms the body more into a nature-like state, continuously affecting the code of cells. In short, optimized true chi formed in the waist chi vessel Tan Tian changes the negative information system within each cell, reactivating normal cell activity. When this continues, the cell itself invigorates nature-like movement, preventing mutations and maintaininghealth. This ultimately leads to a healthier life as this kind of cell activity leads to more organ activity and optimization of bodily activities. Even in its first stage, ailments such as headaches, migraines, nervousness, indigestion and a weak heart can be improved.

 Harmony of Hormone Release

Once the waist chi vessel Tan Tian is formed true chi stimulates cell activity, which in turn, activates organs, nerve tissues and plexus. Thus, the functions of internal organs that release hormones are enhanced. This leads to a general boost in energyand vitality. Most trainees have experienced that this energy prevents fatigue and enhances sexual performance two-to-three fold. The increase in sexual performance is a condition that can be experienced at stage 2. Indeed, control over this kind of sexual capability is possible when trainees reach the stage of Grand Heavenly Circulation in which the state of transcendence controls sexual capabilities.

The most important role Sea Zen training serves in terms of stimulating hormone release is that it affects the hypothalamus or brain stem to achieve a balance in physical activity. In other words, when the authenticchi affects the hypothalamus which is part of the brain stem that communicates with the pituitary gland and the senses, it triggers a process that boosts sleep, reproduction, metabolism and the ability to automatically adjust body temperature. This increases energy and balances the body¡¯s physical activities. It also ensures that the activities of internal organs and blood vessels always maintain a balance. Therefore recovery from fatigue or drunkenness becomes faster. Many trainees often work until late at night and wake up around 6 a.m. and they still find that they are full of energy the next day. Also, no matter how tired they are, a ten or twenty minute nap is all it takes to recover their energy.

Stabilization of the autonomic nervous system

The autonomic nervous system controls functions such as respiration, digestion and circulation. It affects the functions of internal organs including the reproductive system. It maintains the constancy of the body by controlling smooth muscles, heart muscles and glands. The autonomic nervous system is comprised of the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve. The sympathetic nerve increases the heart rate and the parasympathetic nerve calms the heart. On the other hand, when it comes to digestion the sympathetic nerve suppresses activity while the parasympathetic nerve accelerates activity. Hence, the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve can be compared to the accelerator and break of a car, and the role they assume differs according to the organ.

SeaZen breathing (Ul Soom) affects the autonomic nervous system. In other words, breathing in excites the sympathetic nerve, which stimulates the sweat glands and increases the heart rate expanding the coronary arteries. The sympathetic nerve also expands and stimulates the bronchial muscle. Meanwhile, breathing out excites the parasympathetic nerve which stimulates salivary gland secretion and the secretion of gastric juices. It also accelerates peristalsis and stimulates the secretion of bronchial glandsand relaxes the bladder sphincter stimulating urination. Also, breathing out leads to an expansion of peripheral arteries stimulating blood circulation. The sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve have contrasting qualities of yin and yang but in terms of function, they always maintain harmony and balance. After the first two stages of accumulating chi, the conceptive chi vessel will open up through inhaling and exhaling, calming the autonomic nervous system. This becomes the physical foundation to achieve peace and stability of the mind. The effects of Sea Zen training such as the disappearance of headaches, the treatment of sleeping disorders and being able to fall into a deep relaxing sleep is closely linked to the stabilization of the autonomic nervous system.

As explained above, Sea Zen training revitalizes the cells, optimizing the function of each organ resulting in stable physical fitness. It vitalizes the body¡¯s metabolism and stimulates internal secretion, ultimately purifying and cleansing the body. This has an enormous effect not only on the physical body but on the human mind. Physical stability leads to psychological stability that calms the mind. The day-to-day stress and emotional tension that has built up within is cleansed through the harmonyof hormone release while the stabilization of the autonomic nervous system brings a sense of emotional stability.

The repetition of this process gradually purifies the human mind to the pure state of mind that is immune to external stimulus. If such a state of mind is maintained, inspiration develops in the mind allowing for creative activities. For instance, it provides the creative ability to engage in artistic activities and in terms of the field of studies, an opportunity to produce creative work. It will also give way to the creation of more ingenious ideas in our day-to-day lives.

However, the most valuable aspect is that when you reach the ultimate stage of training, you experience a process that pulls you to your original being. At the Small Heavenly Circulation stage, you can experience transcendencebut at the Grand Heavenly Circulation stage this becomes a constant experience felt during your every day life. You are common in that you are able to enjoy life and the company of others but at the same time you are beyond common. You reach a state of complete freedom from all obstacles by being able to interact with "ordinary" people by becoming ordinary and simultaneously becoming a transcendental existence upon meeting transcendental humans. Through this deep state of transcendence, one eventually realizes the true self, reaching the level of Ultimate Realization of the Absolute.
