Why is Sea Zen not yet popular enough? This is because Sea Zen has just become open to the public recently. It had been handed down mystically for several thousand years in East Asia. Since 2000, it has been open to only a very limited number of trainees and it became open to the public in 2007 to help more people to lead a healthier and brighter life.
Sea Zen was created by Dangun, the founding father of East Asian meditation and Taoism almost four thousand years ago. In the Dangun era, Sea Zen was performed by royalty and aristocrats. But as fortune deserted the Dangun nation, the method and vision of Sea Zen has been handed down through a limited number of people. .
After thousands of years, at the beginning of the 21st century, the Grand Master Dan Ye, who had been succeeded to the method and vision of Sea Zen, fully recovered it and taught it to Professor Kyung-Jun Sung, the incumbent president of World Sea Zen Federation. After years of practice and strenuous effort, Professor (Grand Master) Kyung-Jun Sung succeeded to the vision and the core method of Sea Zen including Sublime Light Posture which is the highest level of training, and systematized it as a scientific and universal training. Grand Master Kyung-Jun Sung confirmed the wonderful effects of Sea Zen for the physical, mental and spiritual health and began to teach it to the public.
The history of Sea Zen cannot be told in a nutshell for its great historical background and details. Such historical yet mysterious accounts of Sea Zen may only foster the mysticism, hiding the truth. The truth is that you do not need to believe such mysterious accounts but only see for yourself its amazing effects.
